Inland Rubber Roof Coating provides a cost effective solution for
many of today's roofing problems. RC-2000's added protection
reduces costly patching and expensive re-applications. Inland
Rubber Roof Coating has high resistance to acids, alkali and salts.
It is thermally stable and is unaffected by temperature changes;
exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and superb adhesion to a
wide variety of surfaces.
Laboratory testing simply cannot duplicate real world conditions or
predict long term results. Over a decade ago, Inland launched an
extensive field testing program on RC-2000 that targeted the aging
metal roof market. Recent evaluations of these roofs show no rust
bleed through, no loss of adhesion or other signs of failure.
- Energy Efficient; excellent Thermal Emittance and 82% Solar
Reflectance provide dramatically reduced roof temperatures and
reduced solar heat gain to buildings.
- Thermally Stable; resists cracking and peeling due to its high
tolerance of hot and cold weather extremes.
- Seals and Waterproofs; RC-2000 features 1,500 lbs. tensile
strength with 500% elongation and low permeability.
- Superior Weatherability; high ozone and ultraviolet resistance
results in increased longevity.
- Excellent adhesion to many substrates, including aluminum,
galvanized steel, painted surfaces and modified bitumen.
- Fire Resistant; RC-2000 features a Class A fire rating.
- One component product that can be sprayed, rolled or brushed and
requires minimal surface preparation.
- Extended Application Season; work can be performed even during
colder months; RC-2000 is impervious to rainfall after only a
minimal drying time.
- Standard colors are white, beige and gray.
Types of Applications:
- Metal buildings and roofs
- Flashings and gutters
- Modified and BUR roofs
- EPDM roofs
- Concrete surfaces
